IT'S A BOY!!!!! We had a sono yesterday (picts coming soon!) and a doctor appt. I was so surprised to SEE it was a boy. For some reason I had a feeling it might be a girl, but I really had no preference. Jason was VERY excited though!!! The sono showed a heart rate of 146, and he measured 9 0z. They also moved my date up to April 23, and doctor said he wouldn't let me go later than April 30th, so April it is!!! He was very cooperative in showing us his "boy parts" so we feel pretty confindent we can pick out boy bedding and a boy name!!:) I will be getting another sono though, apparently my placenta is a bit low, but we are hoping as I continue to grow it will move to a better spot! Other than that, we had a great first Thanksgiving at our house and I had a great birthday today!! I am feeling great and now very excited to start shopping for a boy!!

These are a couple of amateur sono pictures that a couple friends and I got at work!!! These were taken at about 14 weeks. The first one is a profile shot, the head is at the top with the spine going down the left side and the knees are bent. The second on is just a really good shot of the spine! It was so much fun seeing the lil baby moving around. He/She was so active, kicking and moving the arms, once it even looked like lil baby was sucking a thumb!! I haven't felt any movement yet, but after that sono I know it's happening!! The 25th we get a professional sono and find out the sex. I am starting week 17 and feeling great!!

I am going on week 15 already - I can't believe how fast time is going! I have been feeling really well, my energy is back and I can eat most anything again.
Last Wednesday we had another OB appt. Everything checked out well, the heartbeat was 162!
We have 4 more weeks until we find out what we are having. We get to find out the day before Thanksgiving and my birthday!! What a present!
I am excited to start working on the baby room! We have a crib and changing table that we bought from a friend, and an old recliner that I'll be able to use to be more comfortable rocking baby to sleep!! It will be fun to start painting the room and making it look like a baby room and not an office anymore!
