Happy Easter!! We had an absolutely gorgeous day to celebrate! We had both the grandparents to our house this year. Beau had a blast with his Easter baskets and loved finding eggs. We hid them inside, outside, front yard and backyard! He was playing so hard he didn't nap, but then about fell asleep during supper. Needless to say, he was so tuckered out he was in bed super early!
Beau has continued to do fantastic after his surgery! The incision healed great, and he actually liked having a bandaid on it. Part of the fun was changing it and seeing which Cars character was on the next one though:)
He continues to make us laugh everyday! The other morning he woke up early (big surprise after not eating hardly anything at supper the night before) and said "mommy I got an idea, how bout you wake up and then we can go eat breakfast!" We have also been trying to potty train for awhile but it hasn't gone so well. We were in Cabelas one morning and Beau pooped in his diaper so we had to go home. Later that day a friend of his came over who is potty trained. His friend ended up needing to go potty, so Beau was all nosey when the other mommy went to help. She was trying to explain what a big boy he was to poop in the potty, and Beau told her he poops at Cabelas. Hmmm, yep not even close to potty trained.
